At Monaco Clean Team, we strive to provide high-quality professional cleaning services. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly
1. Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion.
Once notified, Monaco Clean Team will review the issue and may offer to return to the property to address any missed areas or concerns.
2. Re-clean Policy
If a service does not meet reasonable expectations, we may offer a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas.
Re-cleans must be requested within 24 hours of the original service.
This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided once a cleaning service has been completed, except in rare cases where:

The service could not be completed due to an error on our part

The service provided was significantly different from what was agreed upon
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

The property condition was significantly worse than described at the time of booking

Access to the property was not available at the scheduled time

The client requests cancellation after the cleaning service has already begun

Issues related to normal wear and tear, stains, or permanent damage that cannot be removed through cleaning
5. Cancellations
If a booking is cancelled with sufficient notice prior to the scheduled service, no charge will be applied.
Late cancellations or last-minute changes may incur a cancellation fee.
6. Payment Processing
Any approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
